Refund/Cancellation Policy
7-day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
All products carry a 7-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the un-opened product post-marked within 7 days of receipt. If we receive a returned product, fully sealed and unused within 7 days, we will issue a full refund. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy. All products and shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our factory. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product and pictures of the problem if possible. If you purchased a product from us and are unhappy with it, we will credit the original purchase price to your next order. To be eligible for this credit, you must return the product to us unopened, with tamper seal unbroken, and with your purchase receipt. All other sales are final. We are unable to provide any other refunds or exchanges at this time.
